Change how a campaign picks leads

Changes the sequence's lead-picking settings: preferNewLeads starts the newest leads first, and company relay tries a colleague at the same company when someone does not answer, up to maxPersonsPerCompany people and optionally only at the given seniority levels. Only what you pass changes. Pass dryRun to see the settings before and after without changing anything.

Delete a campaign POST

Deletes a campaign as the app does: its sequence stops and the campaign disappears from lists. Its leads, the people behind them and their conversations stay in the workspace. Pass dryRun to see whether it is running and how many leads it has, without changing anything.

Add a column to a campaign POST

Adds a text column to a campaign's lead table. It starts empty, apart from values the campaign's people and companies already hold under the same name. Fill it with campaigns.leads.bulkSetField and use it in messages as a merge field.
