Workspace
The container for everything, and the boundary for access and billing.
A workspace holds your leads, campaigns, content, sender profiles and conversations. It is also the boundary for three things that matter:
- Access. People are members of a workspace, with a role. Someone in one workspace cannot see another.
- Billing. The subscription, its credit allowance and its invoices belong to the workspace, not to a person. See Billing.
- API keys. A key is issued inside one workspace and can only ever reach that workspace's data. See API keys.
Members and roles
Members are owners, admins, or members. Owners and admins can manage the workspace itself: inviting people, changing the subscription, and creating API keys. Ordinary members work inside it.
More than one workspace
You can belong to several, and switch between them in the app. They share nothing: separate leads, separate campaigns, separate billing. Agencies commonly run one per client for exactly that reason.
