Billing
How credits, sending accounts, trials, and payments work.
Billing is managed per workspace. Open Workspace → Billing to see your current package, credit usage, and invoices.
How plans work
MailMoo does not sell fixed named tiers. You configure a package: you choose a monthly credit allowance, and you add the sending accounts and extras you need. Your subscription is the sum of those choices, so you are not paying for a bundle built around someone else's usage.
The pieces you configure:
| What you choose | What it controls |
|---|---|
| Monthly credits | Your allowance for enrichment, AI columns, and content generation |
| Sending accounts | How many social and email accounts you can connect and send from |
| Voice cloning | Additional cloned voices beyond the two included |
| Custom domain | Serving your content from your own domain |
Current pricing lives on the MailMoo pricing page. We deliberately do not repeat prices here, so this page cannot go stale.
Credits
Credits are what the product spends when it produces something for you: discovering leads in Lead Finder, enriching them, answering AI columns, and generating personalized videos, slides, and landing pages.
Sending does not cost credits; producing does. Your allowance resets each billing period, and current usage is shown on the billing page.
Credit packages come in 500, 2,500, 5,000, and 10,000 monthly credits. Larger allowances also raise how much content MailMoo generates in parallel, so big batches finish faster rather than queueing behind each other.
Because credits are spent at production time, the order of operations decides the cost: filtering a list before enriching it costs nothing, while enriching first and filtering after pays for records you then discard. Lead data covers how to spend them well.
Sending accounts
Social and email sending accounts are configured as part of your package rather than being fixed by a tier. If you need more sending capacity, adding accounts is the right move, because it scales volume safely, where pushing more through one account damages its reputation. See Sequences.
Trials
New workspaces start on a trial so you can run real campaigns before paying.
During a trial, credit usage is capped at 1,000 credits, regardless of the package the trial is on. Configuring a larger package does not raise this ceiling until the paid subscription starts.
That is enough to build a list, enrich it properly, and run a genuine first campaign, which is the point of the trial. If you reach the cap, starting the paid subscription unlocks your package's full monthly allowance.
Without a subscription
A workspace with no active subscription can still be set up and staffed: you can invite your team and prepare before anyone pays. What it cannot do is run outbound: creating and launching campaigns requires an active subscription, and the credit allowance is minimal.
If a launch is blocked, check the billing page first. An expired trial or a failed payment is almost always the cause.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, Stripe retries it over several days. Your workspace keeps working through the end of the current billing period while those retries happen. Access is not cut off the moment a card is declined.
The subscription moves into a payment-blocked state, which is shown on the billing page. Updating your payment method there resolves it.
Cancelling
Cancelling schedules the subscription to end at the close of the current billing period rather than immediately. You keep access and your remaining credits until then, and you are not charged again.
Custom arrangements
Larger teams can run on custom terms: bespoke credit allowances, member limits, and other adjustments set directly on the subscription. Contact us through the app if your usage does not fit the standard packages.
Personal vs workspace billing
Two pages, easily confused:
| Page | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Workspace → Billing | The subscription, package, credits, and invoices for the workspace |
| Account → Billing | Your own personal account details |
Subscription questions almost always belong to the workspace page. Team access is managed under Workspace → Members.
