MailMoo
Getting Started

Quick Start

Send your first MailMoo campaign end to end in about fifteen minutes.

This walks the whole loop once: a small list, one piece of content, a two-step sequence, and somewhere for the replies to land. Keep the first list small. Twenty to fifty leads is enough to tell you whether the message works.

Everything below happens inside the app at app.mailmoo.io.

1. Connect a sending account

Before a sequence can send anything, it needs an account to send from. Open Settings and connect at least one sending account: an email mailbox, a social account, or both if you plan to use multiple channels in one sequence.

New accounts start with a conservative daily sending limit that increases as the account establishes a sending history. Leave it alone at first; raising it early is the most common cause of deliverability problems.

2. Build a list

Two ways in:

  • Find leads in MailMoo. Go to Lead Finder and filter by the attributes that describe your buyer: role, company size, industry, location.
  • Bring your own. Upload a CSV from Get Leads. Map your columns to MailMoo fields during the import.

Either way you end up with lead records you can enrich and sequence. Lead data covers both paths in depth.

3. Enrich what you need

You can sequence a bare list, but personalization needs something to draw on. Add the fields that your message actually references, and nothing more, since enrichment consumes credits.

The highest-leverage option is an AI column: you write a question about the lead, and MailMoo answers it per row. Ask the thing your opening line depends on, not everything you could conceivably ask.

4. Make one piece of content

Record a single video and let MailMoo generate a personalized version for every lead in the list, or attach a deck or landing page instead. The point is that one recording covers the whole list, and you are not filming fifty takes.

See Sales content for what each format is good at.

5. Build a two-step sequence

Go to Campaigns and create one. For a first campaign, two steps is plenty:

  1. An opening message carrying your content.
  2. A follow-up a few days later, on the same channel or a different one.

Attach your list, pick the account to send from, and set the delay between steps. MailMoo spreads sends across the day and respects each account's limits rather than sending the whole batch at once.

6. Launch, then watch the Inbox

Start the campaign. Replies arrive in the Inbox, threaded against the lead so you can see what they received before answering. As conversations progress, move leads through pipeline stages in the CRM.

Campaigns require an active subscription. If launching is blocked, check Billing.

What to do next

Give the first campaign a few days before judging it. When you are ready to scale, the usual order is: widen the list, add a third step, then add a second channel. Change one thing at a time, so you can tell which one moved the number.
