Inbox

Every reply from every channel in one place, threaded against the lead.

The Inbox is where outbound stops being automation and starts being a conversation. A conversation is the thread of messages between a sender profile and a lead. Replies from email and from social sending arrive in the same place, threaded against the lead they came from.

Unified conversations

Because both channels land in one inbox, you are not checking two tools and guessing whether the person who replied on one is the same person you emailed on the other. The conversation is attached to the lead record, so you see the history regardless of where each message travelled.

That matters most in mixed-channel sequences: someone who ignored two emails and answered a social message is one thread, not two half-conversations.

Context when you reply

Each conversation shows the lead behind it: what they were sent, which campaign they came from, and the data on their record.

Use it before answering. Knowing which video they received and what your AI column said about their company is the difference between a reply that continues the thread and one that restarts it.

Working through replies

A workable routine:

  1. Handle genuine replies first. Interest decays fast; a same-day answer is worth several times a three-day-old one.
  2. Answer as a person. The sequence got you the reply. From here, templated language actively costs you.
  3. Update the lead's stage as you go. A reply almost always means the lead should move in the CRM. Do it while you are in the conversation, not in a cleanup pass later.
  4. Take the negatives out. Someone who says no should come out of the sequence immediately. It is the right thing to do and it protects your sending reputation.

Replying to a lead stops the sequence from continuing to message them. You do not need to remember to pull people out manually once a conversation starts.

Keeping the inbox honest

The inbox is the most reliable signal you have about whether a campaign is working. Reply rate tells you the message got attention; reading the actual replies tells you whether it got the right attention.

A campaign generating replies that are all polite declines is not a working campaign, however good the percentage looks. Read them before you scale anything, including before asking MailMoo Agent to build more like it.
