MailMoo Agent
The AI assistant built into MailMoo. Ask it about your workspace, and let it do the setup work.
The MailMoo Agent is the assistant built into the app. Unlike a general chatbot, it is connected to your actual workspace: it can read your campaigns, leads, and results, and it can carry out setup work for you rather than just describing how to do it.
Open it at app.mailmoo.io/agent.
What you can ask it
Questions about your workspace. How a campaign is performing, what happened with a particular lead, which sender accounts are connected, what is waiting on you. The agent reads the underlying data rather than guessing.
Questions about the product. How a feature works and where to find it. This is often faster than searching these docs, because the answer arrives in context with a link straight to the right screen.
Work you would otherwise do by hand. It can draft a campaign, build out its sequence steps, assign sender accounts, pull in leads from a search, and draft messages for conversations that have gone quiet.
Approvals
The agent distinguishes between reading and changing. Looking something up happens immediately; anything that modifies your workspace (creating a campaign, importing leads, changing a sequence) is presented for your approval first, with a preview of exactly what it is about to do.
So you can ask freely and review before anything lands. It does not send messages to prospects on its own.
The agent is most useful once there is something in the workspace to reason about. On a brand new account it can still help you set things up, but questions about performance need campaigns that have actually run. See the Quick Start.
When to reach for it
- You want a read on a campaign without assembling the numbers yourself.
- You know what campaign you want and would rather describe it than click through the builder.
- You are unsure where something lives in the app.
- Conversations have gone cold and you want drafts to restart them.
Anything the agent builds is an ordinary campaign, lead list, or sequence. You can open, edit, or delete it exactly like something you made yourself.
